How is the HOA managed and office hours?

• On site manager, Mondays and Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:30 PM

Can you rent the clubhouse?

• Yes. A $ 200 deposit is required and refunded after verifying the proper clean up has been done. Clubhouse events are not allowed to rent the pool area.

Is fishing permitted on the day docks?

• Yes, residents and accompanied guests only. No swimming allowed near the docks.

Who is allowed to access the marina?

• ONLY the residents leasing a slip and their accompanied guests.

Can marina slips be subleased?
