Our Amenities
And common grounds are exclusively for the use and enjoyment of residents and their accompanied guests.
Users of the amenities are expected, at all times, to use reasonable judgment and exercise consideration and thoughtfulness for other users and residents living near the amenities.
Accompanied Guest: Have guests meet the resident at their home before moving about The Landing. This prevents someone who doesn’t live here from wandering about.
No amenities can be reserved on major holidays.
Swimming Pool
The Landing Pool is beautifully maintained where the water in the pool is blue as the sky and clean as crystal! Residents & their guests can enjoy taking a dip to cool off and relax pool side at one of the many tables or lounge chairs. Our pool is very inviting and welcoming for all to enjoy! Residents must always accompany their guests, while using the pool.
Parks & Picnic Areas
The Landing boasts a couple beautiful parks, with lakeside views. Our parks are surrounded by full size beautiful tree’s, park benches, picnic tables and more, making them perfect place to have a great lunch, small party, or just take a load off when you’re out walking. Residents must always accompany their guests, while enjoying our parks and picnic areas.
Playground
The Landing has a great playground for our kids. The playground was designed for our littlest residents & friends to enjoy time outdoors, while creating fun memories. There is a nearby bench where parents and grandparents can watch and listen to the squeals of fun being had by the kids. All children should be accompanied by an adult during playground play.
Tennis Courts
The Landing has two beautiful full tennis courts; both are full enclosed and have easy access with nearby resident overflow parking. What a way to spend an hour or two – getting exercise, socializing with friends & neighbors, and having a great time! Residents must always accompany their guest, while using the court.
Marina, Day Dock & Boat Ramp
The Landing has a beautiful Day Dock & private boat ramp, adjacent to one of our beautiful parks. The day dock is great for taking in the breathtaking scenery of beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake. The Marina features many slips that a resident can rent for their personal watercraft. At the marina you can also take in many great sites, including some of the great wildlife, like turtles sunning on logs, and ducks taking a dip in the lake. Residents must always accompany their guests.
NOTE: Access to the Marina is reserved for Slip lessees and their guests Only. Guests must be accompanied by the resident. An access code is required to open the gate.
