Board of Directors

The Landing Homeowners Association (HOA) is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 5 homeowners elected by the residents of the Landing community. Scheduled Board meetings are held at the clubhouse every first Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. This meeting is open to all residents and all are encouraged to attend either in person or Zoom.

Committees

Serve as advisory bodies to the Board of Directors. Homeowners and residents are encouraged and welcome to be part of any committee at any time, putting as little and/or as much time as their schedules allow them. Other than taking pride in our community, no special skills are necessary to be in any committee but are always welcome and utilized. 

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Shall be a committee of the Board of Directors of the Association, and all appointments thereto, removals there from and all procedural matters affecting the Committee shall be governed by the By-laws of the Association. ACC Request for approval form

Communication Committee

Helps to strength the Board’s line of communication to keep homeowners and residents informed about the association’s affairs.

 

Social Committee

Plans and organizes the association’s social events throughout the year.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Committee

Organizes teams with block captains to work with our police and first responders to keep our community safe. It also organizes the National Night Out (NNO) in October to show support to law enforcement presenting an opportunity to meet new neighbors and/or visit with old ones.

Landscape committee

Oversees the common green areas and plans clean up days as well as planting days.

Dock Committee

Supports the care and maintenance of the three docks, 48 slips and 5 side ties in the marina. While at the dock, one may see them seasonally, blowing out lines with an air-compressor, disconnecting hoses and opening hydrants. They may also be resetting electrical fuses.
