NO SMOKING IN THE CLUBHOUSE

CLEAN ALL COUNTER TOPS, TABLES AND COFFEE TABLES, WIPE DOWN WINDOW SILLS, AND WINDEX DOORS AND MIRRORS.

CLEAN THE SINK, MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR.

RETURN FURNITURE TO THE REGULAR POSITION.

CHECK THE BATHROOMS FOR CLEANLINESS AND RULE OUT PLUMBING PROBLEMS. (Reporting drips or running toilets would be appreciated)

REMOVE ALL PARTY DECORATIONS. Inside and outside, plus any placed in the neighborhood. (remove tape, staples and stick pins)

SWEEP AND MOP THE FLOOR.

TURN THE A/C TO 85 OR THE HEATER TO 60 AND PUSH HOLD.

TAKE ALL TRASH HOME.

TURN LIGHTS OFF.

LOCK ALL DOORS.

Swimming Pool MAY NOT BE RESERVED FOR PRIVATE PARTIES NOR TAKEN OVER BY A PRIVATE PARTY. As a guideline no more than 10 people at a time connected with the private party should be in pool or pool area. MUST check ✓ all boxes below. *

Make sure the umbrellas are all closed.

Clean off all pool furniture

Replace all pool furniture to an orderly fashion

NO SMOKING IN POOL AREA
