Q & A Help

 Q – What are the criteria for invaliding a ballot?

– The absentee ballot.  Complete the form in pen.  Complete means that all information is completed.  As an exception, the ballot will NOT be invalid if the form is missing the Lot, Block, Telephone Number, or the “street/mailing address” listed under the name/signature and appropriate boxes checked.   Specifically, the ballot must include in Pen, the Date executed, property address, printed name, and signature to be valid

 Q – Who are the vote counters in the election?

A – The Election Guidelines state the following: “Vote counters will consist of 2 Nominating Committee Members plus 2 volunteer helpers that will be solicited from the floor & chosen by the Nominating Committee Chairman.”

 Q – I did not receive the meeting notice and absentee ballot in the mail.

A – Contact the Property Manager/Secretary at the office to get a replacement Absentee/Proxy Ballot form with the official seal.
