The Social Committee will place a Community Garage Sale Banner in front of the Landing entrance.

All you have to do is get that old stuff out to your garage or driveway, sit back, and make

some extra cash!

Rain Date backup is May 6th and May 7th.

A – The absentee ballot.  Complete the form in pen.  Complete means that all information is completed.  As an exception, the ballot will NOT be invalid if the form is missing the Lot, Block, Telephone Number, or the “street/mailing address” listed under the name/signature and appropriate boxes checked.   Specifically, the ballot must include in Pen, the Date executed, property address, printed name, and signature to be valid. 

 Q – Who are the vote counters in the election?

A – The Election Guidelines state the following: “Vote counters will consist of 2 Nominating Committee Members plus 2 volunteer helpers that will be solicited from the floor & chosen by the Nominating Committee Chairman.”

 Q – I did not receive the meeting notice and absentee ballot in the mail.

A – Contact the Property Manager/Secretary at the office to get a replacement Absentee/Proxy Ballot form with the official seal.  

The Board will meet on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse for a Special Meeting (per reference Landing Bylaws, page 9, Article VI, Section 2.). 

The purpose is to discuss the Landing Marina Slip Wait List, the Brochure (Policies/Process/Information), and Lease. 

This is an open meeting.

Community event

Guest speaker: Dorothy Tyler and NCW for the FWPD. The new NPO Officer will be introduced.

            Also, there will be a  “meet and greet” session with City Councilman Leonard Firestone. He will be introduced at 7:00 p.m. to share news and decisions regarding the northwest sector including its growth and impacts on roads and schools. We will be requesting those wishing to speak or comment to complete a request to speak or send an email to the office with your specific questions. This is necessary to prepare him to address specific topics. Other nearby neighborhoods will be invited to attend.

Social Committee will be providing light snacks and drinks. Please let us know if you plan to attend and list your questions.
